I was greeted instantly, kept informed on what was happening, and my service was quick.
Hargraves popped up. I looked up the reviews and saw there were many with poor ratings and bad experiences. I wasn't going to go to this dealer but after reading some of the negative reviews and looking at the wording, sentence structure I decided to go with them and see.I contacted Mathews Hargraves and Scott had me setup for the next day 8am. I brought my car in and Ed K. in Customer Service took down the info of what was wrong and told me they would call me with the diagnosis. Sure enough I received a call later in the day and the car had to stay over night. My car needed a new condenser. When I went in to pick up my car the second day everyone was friendly and helpful. The a/c was fixed but I had to come back the following Monday because the accessory plug was on order. Anyway - I dropped my car off the plug was fixed in 2 hours as promised. Now I haven't been to a dealer in over 20 years and I must say this dealership was great. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle from the they still took care of my warranty repairs in a timely manner. So when you red the reviews and come across negative ones - take them with a grain of salt. Some people are never happy. I recommend this dealership for repairs any time. Bill S.
