i appreciated my salesperson but he did not mention that
i appreciated my salesperson but he did not mention that I needed to call onstar right away only found out when i took my car in for service when the clock and keyfab were not working correctly. i took it into the dealer after less than 2 weeks because the car had stalled on me at a light. Dealership told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to service but never offered me a loaner. i also contacted my salesperson because of the stalling issue within the first two weeks just to give him a heads up. Never heard a word from him. I have had many bought and leased GM vehicles and never had to take it in for service during the first two weeks, I have to admit I am still nervous about driving it. And disappointed that never heard a word from my salesperson. Since I have a three year lease i am sure I will use the dealership for maintenance. Hopefully my experiencs going forward will be better.

Started off slow and robotic. Dissatisfied with trade-in value during 'Chevy Black Friday Special Trade-In $2,000 more event.' Actually, extremely unhappy with that move! We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. Mostly because you did not offer GM's trade-in offer. We should have went elsewhere but we enjoy supporting Royal Oak businesses and people that work at this dealership. Vehicle is very nice! BUYER BEWARE: Smoke odor, hidden air fresheners, and no response I truly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We were interested in the car because it had low mileage, one previous owner, and no reported accidents. However, the salesperson repeatedly moved forward with paperwork while delaying our opportunity to see and carefully inspect the vehicle. Looking back, that should have been a major warning sign. The process felt rushed, evasive, and focused on completing the sale rather than making sure we understood the true condition of the vehicle. After the purchase, I discovered a significant cigarette-smoke odor that transfers to my clothing and hair after driving. Because I work in hospitals and meet regularly with healthcare professionals and leaders, this has created a serious professional problem for me. The dealership arranged for two detailing treatments, including a chlorine-based odor treatment. Each treatment helped at first, but the odor returned. During the second detailing, the shop found and collected approximately 20 small air fresheners hidden throughout the vehicle. The vehicle also has staining on the headliner that appears related to prior smoking. Finding that many hidden air fresheners clearly shows that they were trying to mask the odor rather than honestly disclosing the state of the vehicle. Had I known the car had been smoked in to this extent, I NEVER would not have purchased it. I sent the dealership a detailed written request asking them to either unwind the transaction or exchange the vehicle for a comparable smoke-free vehicle. I gave them five business days to respond. Eight days have now passed, and they have not responded at all. I tried to resolve this privately and gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make it right. Instead, I am left with a vehicle that continues to smell like cigarette smoke and a dealership that is no longer communicating with me. The next step is filing a complaint with the Michigan Department of State and going from there.

If the tire light would shut off it would be better but that and some kind of sticky goo placed over the hatch button that sticks on your fingers and takes gasoline to get it off. Normally I like Hargreaves but this experience was questionable

Everyone was very helpful .Also very patient with me as Im a senior and this was the first time in my life that I actually was purchasing a car. . After purchase the sale man said if I had any questions or concerns that I could call and he would help me out. They never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable or that they were in a hurry to help some one else. .I will refer my friends to this dealership if anyone is looking for a car.

They worked with me to get me only the exact car I asked for and were honest about literally everything. It was the singular most amazing price and they did the title and new license work for me right in store. The people were amazing and friendly and Alexis hit a home run for me. Me and my boyfriend are in love with the vehicle and are already putting work and TLC into her. They filled my tank and gave me the cutest gift of my first car charger for the long journey home.
