She gave me many option and showed me the comparing costs between the trucks I was looking at. She did an amazing job and I will recommend her to friends and family. Leigh Adams, what can I say about Leigh, she is amazing. I appreciate her and everything she done to get this deal done. Between those 2 I cannot ask for anything more from a dealership. My truck didn't come with a tonneau cover. Rather than driving back another day. Leigh had it installed right away. My wife and I thank the both of you to make this an easy process. Thanks

A customer should not be kept in the dark about $2000 dollars of hidden fees after doing the deal and working on the financial part and then being told it was discussed with you and it never it was I want a dealership to be honest I should have left I regret ever coming here

Started off slow and robotic. Dissatisfied with trade-in value during 'Chevy Black Friday Special Trade-In $2,000 more event.' Actually, extremely unhappy with that move! We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. Mostly because you did not offer GM's trade-in offer. We should have went elsewhere but we enjoy supporting Royal Oak businesses and people that work at this dealership. Vehicle is very nice! Paperwork was sent over electronically, truck was picked up the day I had chosen. Pick up took less than 12 minutes!!! Thank you Leo and Djon for making my experience wonderful! I was still able to utilize my entire day without sitting at the dealership for hours at a time.
