Started off slow and robotic.
Started off slow and robotic. Dissatisfied with trade-in value during 'Chevy Black Friday Special Trade-In $2,000 more event.' Actually, extremely unhappy with that move! We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. Mostly because you did not offer GM's trade-in offer. We should have went elsewhere but we enjoy supporting Royal Oak businesses and people that work at this dealership. Vehicle is very nice! No fast talking he only gave us facts while answering all my questions… Which I appreciated that. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. He informed me of everything he had and offered upgrades if I was interested. I’m the type of person that, If I smell xx I’m quick to walk away… We were in and out less than 30 minutes. Paperwork was sent over electronically, truck was picked up the day I had chosen. Pick up took less than 12 minutes!!! Thank you Leo and Djon for making my experience wonderful! I was still able to utilize my entire day without sitting at the dealership for hours at a time.
