We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. My lease turn in was August 8.
My lease turn in was August 8. I was told that I could start my new lease then. I came in on July 17 to do a credit application. The next thing that happened was I had done all my paperwork and started my new lease. You have my new lease at your dealership which I'm paying for now. I'm going to use the extra miles on my old lease before I turn it in. New lease did not happen the way I was told it would. I'm paying 295 for my new lease but won't be driving it until I turn in my old lease. I feel your dealership should pay ahalf of my lease for the early lease I acquired July 17. Looking for a follow up from your dealership.

They worked with me to get me only the exact car I asked for and were honest about literally everything. It was the singular most amazing price and they did the title and new license work for me right in store. The people were amazing and friendly and Alexis hit a home run for me. She gave me many option and showed me the comparing costs between the trucks I was looking at. She did an amazing job and I will recommend her to friends and family.
