My lease turn in was August 8.
My lease turn in was August 8. I was told that I could start my new lease then. I came in on July 17 to do a credit application. The next thing that happened was I had done all my paperwork and started my new lease. You have my new lease at your dealership which I'm paying for now. I'm going to use the extra miles on my old lease before I turn it in. New lease did not happen the way I was told it would. I'm paying 295 for my new lease but won't be driving it until I turn in my old lease. I feel your dealership should pay ahalf of my lease for the early lease I acquired July 17. Looking for a follow up from your dealership.

Started off slow and robotic. Dissatisfied with trade-in value during 'Chevy Black Friday Special Trade-In $2,000 more event.' Actually, extremely unhappy with that move! We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. Mostly because you did not offer GM's trade-in offer. We should have went elsewhere but we enjoy supporting Royal Oak businesses and people that work at this dealership. Vehicle is very nice!
