My lease turn in was August 8.
My lease turn in was August 8. I was told that I could start my new lease then. I came in on July 17 to do a credit application. The next thing that happened was I had done all my paperwork and started my new lease. You have my new lease at your dealership which I'm paying for now. I'm going to use the extra miles on my old lease before I turn it in. New lease did not happen the way I was told it would. I'm paying 295 for my new lease but won't be driving it until I turn in my old lease. I feel your dealership should pay ahalf of my lease for the early lease I acquired July 17. Looking for a follow up from your dealership.

i appreciated my salesperson but he did not mention that I needed to call onstar right away only found out when i took my car in for service when the clock and keyfab were not working correctly. i took it into the dealer after less than 2 weeks because the car had stalled on me at a light. Dealership told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to service but never offered me a loaner. i also contacted my salesperson because of the stalling issue within the first two weeks just to give him a heads up. Never heard a word from him. I have had many bought and leased GM vehicles and never had to take it in for service during the first two weeks, I have to admit I am still nervous about driving it. And disappointed that never heard a word from my salesperson. Since I have a three year lease i am sure I will use the dealership for maintenance. Hopefully my experiencs going forward will be better.

Started off slow and robotic. Dissatisfied with trade-in value during 'Chevy Black Friday Special Trade-In $2,000 more event.' Actually, extremely unhappy with that move! We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. Mostly because you did not offer GM's trade-in offer. We should have went elsewhere but we enjoy supporting Royal Oak businesses and people that work at this dealership. Vehicle is very nice! After purchase the sale man said if I had any questions or concerns that I could call and he would help me out. They never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable or that they were in a hurry to help some one else. .I will refer my friends to this dealership if anyone is looking for a car.
