We scheduled a virtual signing, we missed our school meeting for it, waited for 45 minutes, then you cancelled. Signing the next day went well, nice and fast, and ethan delivered the vehicle the next day in good spirits. Overall, we have no reason to recommend this dealership. No fast talking he only gave us facts while answering all my questions… Which I appreciated that. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. He informed me of everything he had and offered upgrades if I was interested. I’m the type of person that, If I smell xx I’m quick to walk away… We were in and out less than 30 minutes. Paperwork was sent over electronically, truck was picked up the day I had chosen. Pick up took less than 12 minutes!!! Thank you Leo and Djon for making my experience wonderful! I was still able to utilize my entire day without sitting at the dealership for hours at a time.
